March brings further changes in the law and legislative projects in the area of regulations important for entrepreneurs regarding the environment, the investment process and industry.
The focus is on new regulations expanding the list of goods covered by the SENT system, as well as the widely discussed changes to the process of connecting to energy grids. In the latest edition of Environmental Alert, we also address proposed national regulations on the cross-border movement of waste, planned changes to integrated permits, and the assumptions of the Industrial Accelerator Act presented by the European Commission.
