📣 Updated guidelines for DSO development plans and their implementation reports for 2026.
The most important changes include:
✅ updating the periods included in development plans,
✅ clarifying the scope of reports on plan implementation.
📅 Deadline: by April 30, 2027, power system operators should submit to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office:
🔹 draft development plans to be agreed,
🔹 reports on the implementation of development plans for 2026.
The aim of the new guidelines is to:
✅ streamlining the process of agreeing development plans,
✅ standardization of the form of plans and reports,
✅ support for distribution system operators in fulfilling statutory obligations.
The President of the Energy Regulatory Office publishes separate guidelines for:
🔹large OSDs \(OSDp\) – serving at least 100,000 recipients,
🔹small OSDs \(OSDn\) – serving less than 100,000 recipients.
