Representation applies to all types of proceedings at all their stages, from the preparation and carrying out of cases, including the submission of pleadings and appearance before courts and authorities, to conducting settlement negotiations and enforcement proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>During the preparation of the trail strategy, each time we are assessing individual threats related to the initiation and conduction of proceedings.
