We provide comprehensive advisory on projects and financial investments in the field of conventional and unconventional energy sources.<\/p>\n<p>Our offer is addressed to energy, fuel and gas consumers, to broadly understood energy industry, including energy companies operating in the areas of production, transmission, distribution and trade of electricity and fuels.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of energy, our experience includes in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>over 10 years of experience in legal advisory for entities from the energy sector;<\/li>\n<li>providing comprehensive services related to obtaining the status of an industrial customer and performing obligations related to the possession of such status;<\/li>\n<li>representing clients in licensing proceedings and participation in disputes between energy recipients and energy companies conducted before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office;<\/li>\n<li>representing clients before the Material Reserves Agency;<\/li>\n<li>involvement in innovative energy projects regarding, among others, creation of the first energy cluster;<\/li>\n<li>extensive experience in preparing and negotiating energy contracts;<\/li>\n<li>consulting and issuing opinions on drafts of legal acts in the field of energy law, including renewable energy sources, energy efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>legal support for an entity providing services aimed at preparing and conducting public procurement procedures for the energy purchases;<\/li>\n<li>active participation in conferences and seminars related to energy
