Energy storage has become a key element of the energy transition. However, in Poland, their development still faces significant regulatory barriers \u2013 from complex administrative procedures, unclear licensing requirements, and the lack of a stable and predictable legal environment for business models. All of this prolongs the investment process and increases risks for investors.<\/p>\n
\u26a1At the same time, global trends are clear \u2013 the world is dynamically investing in battery energy storage (BESS), and the pace of their development has increased many times in recent years. <\/p>\n
The report shows how important it is to remove regulatory barriers, simplify procedures and ensure a stable legal framework so that the potential of energy storage can be fully exploited \u2013 especially when combined with existing renewable energy installations.<\/p>\n
