In the latest edition of Environmental Alert, we're back with information on further changes in the law and legislative directions relevant to businesses operating at the intersection of the environment and investment. The May edition of the alert covers both regulations that have recently entered into force and are already impacting businesses, as well as proposed legal solutions that, although still in the legislative process, may impact the regulatory environment in the near future.<\/p>\n
The focus is on the changes to the Energy Law, which are already in effect, with particular emphasis on the new rules for issuing grid connection conditions.
