The most important changes include:
\n\u2705 updating the periods included in development plans,
\n\u2705 clarifying the scope of reports on plan implementation.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcc5 Deadline: by April 30, 2027, power system operators should submit to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office:
\n\ud83d\udd39 draft development plans to be agreed,
\n\ud83d\udd39 reports on the implementation of development plans for 2026.<\/p>\n
The aim of the new guidelines is to:
\n\u2705 streamlining the process of agreeing development plans,
\n\u2705 standardization of the form of plans and reports,
\n\u2705 support for distribution system operators in fulfilling statutory obligations.<\/p>\n
The President of the Energy Regulatory Office publishes separate guidelines for:
\n\ud83d\udd39large OSDs \\(OSDp\\) \u2013 serving at least 100,000 recipients,
\n\ud83d\udd39small OSDs \\(OSDn\\) \u2013 serving less than 100,000 recipients.<\/p>\n
