Rozporz\u0105dzenie <\/strong>Rady Ministr\u00f3w z dnia 6 sierpnia 2014 r. zmieniaj\u0105ce rozporz\u0105dzenie w sprawie dr\u00f3g krajowych lub ich odcink\u00f3w, na kt\u00f3rych pobiera si\u0119 op\u0142at\u0119 elektroniczn\u0105, oraz wysoko\u015bci stawek op\u0142aty elektronicznej (Dz. U. z 2014 r., poz. 1112) \u2013 wejdzie w \u017cycie z dniem 1 wrze\u015bnia 2014 r. z wyj\u0105tkiem \u00a7 1 pkt 2 w zakresie pkt 1 lit. b i pkt 3 lit. e za\u0142\u0105cznika nr 1 do rozporz\u0105dzenia, kt\u00f3ry wejdzie w \u017cycie z dniem 1 pa\u017adziernika 2014 r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

W rozporz\u0105dzeniu Rady Ministr\u00f3w z dnia 22 marca 2011 r. w sprawie dr\u00f3g krajowych lub ich odcink\u00f3w, na kt\u00f3rych pobiera si\u0119 op\u0142at\u0119 elektroniczn\u0105, oraz wysoko\u015bci stawek op\u0142aty elektronicznej (Dz. U. z 2013 r. poz. 1263 i 1267) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie \u00a74, za\u0142\u0105cznik nr 1, za\u0142\u0105cznik nr 2.<\/p>\n

Do dnia 30 wrze\u015bnia 2014 r. op\u0142ata, o kt\u00f3rej mowa w art. 13 ust. 1 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 21 marca 1985 r. o drogach publicznych, jest pobierana na odcinkach autostrady A1 w\u0119ze\u0142 Kowal – w\u0119ze\u0142 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a P\u00f3\u0142noc, autostrady A4 w\u0119ze\u0142 Rzesz\u00f3w P\u00f3\u0142noc – w\u0119ze\u0142 Rzesz\u00f3w Wsch\u00f3d.<\/p>\n
