U. z 2015 r., poz. 151) <strong>\u2013 wejdzie w \u017cycie z\u00a0dniem 12 lutego 2015 r.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>W ustawie z dnia 25 sierpnia 2006 r. o biokomponentach i biopaliwach ciek\u0142ych (Dz.\u00a0U.\u00a0z\u00a02014 r. poz. 1643) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie odno\u015bnika nr 1, art. 2 ust. 1, art.\u00a022, art. 28a, art. 28b, dodany zostanie art. 28ba-28bf.<\/p>\n<p>W ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. &#8211; Prawo energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2012 r. poz. 1059, z p\u00f3\u017an. zm.) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie odno\u015bnika nr 1, art. 9a, art. 9s1, art. 20a ust. 2, art. 52, art. 20b ust. 1, dodany zostanie w art. 92 ust. 4 pkt 7, art. 20ga-20gc, w\u00a0art.\u00a051\u00a0ust. 2, art. 52a.<\/p>\n<p>W ustawie z dnia 27 kwietnia 2001 r. &#8211; Prawo ochrony \u015brodowiska (Dz. U. z 2013 r. poz.\u00a01232, z p\u00f3\u017an. zm.) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie odno\u015bnika nr 1, dodany zostanie w\u00a0art. 401c ust. 13 i 14.<\/p>\n<p>W ustawie z dnia 15 kwietnia 2011 r. o efektywno\u015bci energetycznej (Dz. U. Nr 94, poz.\u00a0551, z p\u00f3\u017an. zm.) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie odno\u015bnika nr 1.<\/p>\n<p>W ustawie z dnia 29 sierpnia 2014 r. o charakterystyce energetycznej budynk\u00f3w (Dz.\u00a0U.\u00a0poz. 1200) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie odno\u015bnika nr 1, dodany zostanie w art. 43 pkt 3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>GOSPODARKA OPAKOWANIAMI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rozporz\u0105dzenie<\/strong> Ministra \u015arodowiska z dnia 21 stycznia 2015 r. w sprawie opakowa\u0144, do kt\u00f3rych nie stosuje si\u0119 wymaga\u0144 dotycz\u0105cych zawarto\u015bci o\u0142owiu, kadmu, rt\u0119ci i\u00a0chromu sze\u015bciowarto\u015bciowego w opakowaniach (Dz.
