Ministry of the Environment has prepared a draft of a new act on the Water Law. The purpose of the draft is the change in the ineffective system of water management. Currently the draft is being analyzed by the Standing Committee  of the Council of Ministers. A number of changes included in the draft, particularly referring to financing of the water management have a strong impact on Polish industry.<\/p>\n
