The main issues covered during the Conference were related to the climate and energy policy in the context of both Polish and global chemical industry, chemical industry related challenges and the innovation in this sector. The attention was drawn to the need of relevant investment planning (in particular one being innovative at the same time) in terms of financing, compliance rules and intellectual property rights protection. The industry support function, particularly in the area of purchasing and staff development was also discussed. There were a lot of presentations and discussion panels attended not only by the representatives of the largest Polish enterprises operating in the chemical industry and also representatives of sport and science. The representatives of politics and lawyers joined the event either.
