Four types of dedicated auctions were planned for 30<sup>th<\/sup> December 2016:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: black;\">existing agricultural biogas plants with maximum installed electric capacity of 1 MW and maximum amount of electricity of <span style=\"background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\">2,113,887 MWh which can be sold during that auction;<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: black;\">existing agricultural biogas plants with installed electric capacity of over 1 MW and maximum amount of electricity of <span style=\"background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\">2,309,382 MWh which can be sold during that auction<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: black;\">new installations, known as other with maximum installed electric capacity of 1 MW (particularly: photovoltaics, wind energy, some hydroelectricity plants) and maximum amount of electricity of <span style=\"background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\">1,575,000 MWh which can be sold during that auction;<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: black;\">existing<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: black;\">installations with maximum installed electric capacity of 1 MW meeting the criteria of using the installed electric capacity &ndash; over 3504 MWh\/MW\/year and with maximum emission capacity of 100 kg\/MWh (particularly some hydroelectricity plants) and maximum amount of electricity of 1,306,870 <span style=\"background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\">MWh which can be sold during that auction.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 15pt; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: black;\">For more details and the Rules of Auctions check the Bulletin of Public Information of the Energy Regulatory Office at&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/bip.ure.gov.pl\/bip\/aukcje-oze\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #003666;\">http:\/\/bip.ure.gov.pl\/bip\/aukcje-oze<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 30 November 2016 the Head of the Energy Regulatory Office announced the first RES electricity sell auctions.
