OCHRONA PRZYRODY<\/strong>
Ustawa z dnia 11 maja 2017 r. o zmianie ustawy o ochronie przyrody (Dz. U. z 2017 r., poz. 1074) – wejdzie w \u017cycie z dniem 17 czerwca 2017 r., z wyj\u0105tkiem art. 1 pkt 3 lit. c w zakresie art. 83f ust. 14 pkt 2, który wchodzi w \u017cycie z dniem wej\u015bcia w \u017cycie rozporz\u0105dzenia, o którym mowa w art. 40 ust. 3 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 1, w brzmieniu nadanym ustaw\u0105.
W ustawie z dnia 16 kwietnia 2004 r. o ochronie przyrody (Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 2134, 2249 i 2260 oraz z 2017 r. poz. 60 i 132) zmianie ulegnie brzmienie art. 40 ust. 3, art. 83a, art. 83f, art. 85, art. 88, art. 89 ust. 1, w art. 86 uchyla si\u0119 ust. 1a.<\/p>\n
