- providing comprehensive services related to obtaining the status of an industrial customer and performing obligations related to the possession of such status;
- representing clients in licensing proceedings and participation in disputes between energy recipients and energy companies conducted before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office;
- representing clients before the Material Reserves Agency;
- involvement in innovative energy projects regarding, among others, creation of the first energy cluster;
- extensive experience in preparing and negotiating energy contracts;
- consulting and issuing opinions on drafts of legal acts in the field of energy law, including renewable energy sources, energy efficiency;
- legal support for an entity providing services aimed at preparing and conducting public procurement procedures for the energy purchases;
