The remuneration for legal assistance provided is set in the contract with the client, taking into account the scope of legal services provided and the client’s expectations.
The salary can be determined:
- in the form of a lump sum for the services provided,
- based on the hourly rate,
- based on the price list established for the individual commissioned activities of the Law Firm,
- in the form of a mixed system based on the above assumptions.
Settlements for provided services are made on the basis of invoices issued.
