Practical experiences of Polowiec i Wspólnicy sp.j. include carrying out cases before common courts, administrative courts and public administration bodies.

As the Law Firm, we represent both business entities and individual clients. Representation applies to all types of proceedings at all their stages, from the preparation and carrying out of cases, including the submission of pleadings and appearance before courts and authorities, to conducting settlement negotiations and enforcement proceedings.

During the preparation of the trail strategy, each time we are assessing individual threats related to the initiation and conduction of proceedings. We develop an individual trial strategy within each proceeding.
