Our Law Firm provides comprehensive legal services both to Employers and Contractors in public procurement proceedings.

We have great experience in the field of legal advice to Employers and Contractors in all cases and disputes related to the performance of public procurement contracts, in particular the possibility of modifying such contracts, charging contractual penalties or terminating those contracts.

• preparation of procedural documentation and legal advice during proceedings – comprehensive legal support for the clients of our Law firm who are purchasers in public procurement procedures;
• comprehensive legal support for the clients who are contractors in public procurement proceedings – eg. analysis of proceedings documentation, legal advice during the preparation of offers, preparation of statements and other documents in the course of proceedings;
• representation of clients before the National Board of Appeal (appeal proceedings in public procurement proceedings).

We provide legal assistance in control proceedings conducted by the President of the Public Procurement Office.

Moreover, we are preparing special legal opinions on the interpretation of Polish and EU regulations in the field of public procurement.
