Katarzyna Bagińska

Trainee attorney-at-law

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She obtained her Master’s degree defending her thesis entitled “Limitations on the formation of voting privileges in a limited joint-stock partnership”. She has gained professional experience in law firms in Krakow and Warsaw, mainly dealing with services for business entities.

Katarzyna is interested in commercial law, in particular company law and broadly defined civil law.

She is fluent in English.

Privately a music lover, foreign trips and running.
