Recently significant amendments to the Act on Energy Law have been introduced. They were introduced by the Act of 7^th July 2016 on the amendment to the value added tax and certain other acts and the Act of 22^nd July 2016 on the amendment to the Act on Energy Law and certain other acts – “Fuel Package.”
