As the Law Firm, we advise during the processes of creating, transforming, dividing and merging companies by developing relevant legal documents, advising on optimal methods and forms of restructuring, and undertaking other actual and legal activities which are necessary during these processes.

• comprehensive support for the creation and liquidation of business entities;
• ongoing services for commercial law companies;
• providing legal services for the bodies of commercial law companies (meetings of management board, supervisory board, shareholders’ meeting, general meetings);
• representing entities which are subject to mandatory entry in the National Court Register in registration proceedings;
• legal advising on the regulation of the Code of Commercial Companies, as well as other commercial law regulations relevant to the functioning of a given entity;
• developing and modifying of internal corporate and organizational acts (articles of association, statutes, regulations of bodies);
• participation in negotiations and representation in court proceedings in the event of disputes between commercial companies and its shareholders (shareholders);
