Attorney at-law with nearly 20 years of experience in litigation, mediation, negotiation, and legal and business consulting; managing partner – founder of the law firm.

Adam Polowiec is a founding partner of the law firm: Polowiec i Wspólnicy sp.j. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Krakow, attorney-at-law with registration number KR-1174. He is the managing and founding partner of the firm.

He handles litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings involving Polish and foreign entities, as well as civil law, commercial law, labour law and medical law. He has extensive experience in project management, including public projects and negotiations. He has vast expertise in labour law related to HR support, risk assessment and collective labour law. He is valued for his skills and abilities in negotiations and strategic consulting.

He gained his professional experience, among others, during many years of rendering services to a leading telecommunications company on the Polish market, one of the biggest commercial chains in Poland or a company operating in the steel industry belonging to an international capital group.

Participant of many conferences, courses, and postgraduate studies. Author of a number of publications.

Command of foreign languages – Russian.

Passionate about world history.
