He provided legal services private and public sector clients on widely understood energy law. He gained experience in the implementation of construction processes of renewable energy installations in Poland – legal assistance including negotiation of contracts, support in site selection and acquisition, environmental decisions and construction permits for about 40 projects with a total connection capacity of over 1000 MW. He currently advises major energy companies, including industrial clients. He advises on the acquisition and sale of large RES projects, including photovoltaic farms and energy storage facilities. Co-founder of the first energy cooperative in Poland. He also provides advisory services to the fuel industry. Takes an active part in negotiating long-term contracts for the supply of electricity from RES (cPPPA). He conducted a number of proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, where he represented electricity producers and energy-intensive customers. Provided advisory services on regulatory and lobbying support to energy-intensive consumers. Author of numerous publications on energy law and advisor in legislative processes related to renewable energy sources. He also provides legal services to international capital groups.
