Magdalena Maciejewska

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2013. A legal trainee at the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow since 2 January 2014. Prepares for writing a Phd dissertation on “Crown Witness Act and the misconceptions thereof.”
In the Office since 2010. Experienced in economic law including bankruptcy, moreover in family law and labour code. Took part in the process of liquidation of companies. HR management skills is one of her assets.
Interested in criminal law, organized crime related issues, methods of uniformed services operation.
Foreign languages: English and German.

Monika Paściak

Monika Paściak

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszow. Since 7th January 2016 a legal trainee at the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow.
Her interests and passions are focused on the civil law, copyrights and competition law. Her responsibilities in the Office include giving necessary assistance in providing services to business establishments, with the special attention to the civil procedure.
She completed a course in "Legal English" confirmed with a relevant Test of Legal English Skills (TOLES) certificate, as well as the level one sign language PJN course.
In private a fan of music and active lifestyle.

Natalia Jurzyk

Natalia Jurzyk

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków University. Since January 2015 a legal trainee at the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow.
In the Office, supports legal assistance provided to business establishments belonging to international capital groups, mainly by verification of contracts and preparation of legal opinions.
What she values in work most is contact with people and new challenges. Follows the rule “If you do things well, do them better”.
Foreign languages: English and French.
In private keen on travelling and professional boxing. Spends free time putting together jigsaw puzzles and embroidering designs in cross-stitch technique.

Jakub Gil

Jakub Gil

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University . Since 7th January 2015 a legal trainee at the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow.
Professionally engaged in contract verifications, preparation of legal information and analyses concerning medical law, commercial law, energy law and civil law. In his job, often makes use of the indispensable tool which is English language itself.
His legal interests focus on issues related to the commercial law with the special emphasis on the competition law.
Foreign languages: Italian and English.
In private a fan of various sports disciplines (both individual and team ones) and an enthusiast of distant journeys with a big rucksack on his back.

Tomasz Adamczewski

Tomasz Adamczewski

In 2013 he received his Master of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, after defending the thesis in the field of environmental law. Since January 2014 a legal trainee at the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków.
Started cooperation with Polowiec i Wspólnicy sp. j. Law Office in 2015. In the Office he handles case related to substantive civil law, commercial law, public procurement law and civil procedure, and his career interests coincide with the scope of his Office`s duties.
He speaks English.
After hours he devotes himself to virtual manager career with the music of the 70`s in the background.

Piotr Kolasa

Piotr Kolasa

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University. Master's thesis defended at the Department of Criminal Procedure. Since 7th January 2016 a legal trainee at the National Chamber of Legal Counsels in Krakow.
A former member of the criminal law section of the Student Legal Clinic of the Jagiellonian University.
Experienced in the field of copyright and industrial property rights. In addition, interested in the criminal law and civil law.
Speaks English.
Passionate about active lifestyle and sports - team games including handball and football. Long-term player, the captain of a handball section AZS of the Jagiellonian University, which celebrated major successes in the form of silver and bronze medals of Polish Academic Championships in the category of universities.

Patrycja Karczmarczyk

A student (in her third year) of the Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University.
Interested in family and guardianship law, constitutional law and mediation.
After graduation intends to undergo a legal training to become a legal counsel.
Currently deals with secretarial and office services.

Graduated from the Uniwersity of Science and Technology AGH in Cracow, field of study: Environmental Engineering. In 2010 got the Certificate of Competence as a Qualified office worker. Has had many years of  experience in administration work for reputable Law Offices of Cracow.
In Polowiec i Wspólnicy Law Office where she joined in 2017 is responsible for reception services as well as administration and marketing support.
Foreign languages: English (English Certificate Telc B2). Keen on hiking
 as well as movies and crime stories.
