IMPORTANT CHANGES IN LABOUR CODE
At the beginning of 2016 some important changes in Labour Code will become effective. On 2 January the provisions referring to the employees’ rights concerning pregnancy, parenthood and bringing up children will change. On 22 February changes concerning the conclusion, duration and termination of an employment contract will become effective. The following part of the article presents the content of new provisions.
